Natural, radiant skin takes centre stage this summer. Here’s how to cheat it…
Celebrity make-up artist Lisa Valencia shares her tips for complexion perfection
Radiant skin is all in the prep, so take the time to cleanse properly. Use a sonic brush and a foaming face wash to lift away dirt, grime and dead skin cells, then follow with a toner to close pores.
Now apply a glow-boosting serum, allowing it to sink in for five minutes. Next, massage in moisturiser using your fingertips, to aid circulation. Then work an illuminating primer into skin, before applying your base with a foundation brush.
Fingertips can result in a ‘streaked’ finish, so for a natural-looking flush, use a blender sponge to circle cream blusher onto cheeks, before applying a highlighter to the tops of cheekbones for added radiance.
